From the Artist

This is my place of reflection, this same rock that I’ve been sitting on every summer for over a decade. I often think back to the girl who first discovered this place, her hopes and dreams for the future. Some have come to pass while others have changed so dramatically that she never could have imaged them. Through it all, there’s a sense of comfort in returning to the familiar, and I hope this image offers you those same sensations.
