I’m often surprised at how much I learn from my kids. I find myself so busy with expectations and to-do lists while they’re perfectly happy exploring some small thing that’s caught their attention. They let themselves play and be present in the moment in a way I often struggle to do. But when I manage it? Finally? Oh, it’s incredible how much more centered and connected I feel. Able to breathe deep and just be.
