From the ArtistThis sister painting to “Wistful Wandering” captures the same weekend: the first time my husband and I were alone since having kids. Before sunset, the rain cleared and we were able to explore the beautiful river delta uninhibited. My spirits lightened with the sky, a reawakening of the simple joy of spending time with someone I love.
